Answer: Rent is due on the 1st day of the month
Question: What form of payment do you accept for rent payments?
Answer: Rent is to be paid to the site manager or assistant manager as there is no rent drop box. Payment must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks or cash are not accepted. Payment should be made out to Yukon 119 Limited Partnership.
Question: Can I make modifications on my apartment?
Answer: Modifications can only be made with written consent from the apartment management company. Satellite dishes are not allowed but free cable television is provided.
Question: Is renter’s insurance mandatory?
Answer: Renter’s insurance is not mandatory but it is highly recommended.
Question: Are pets allowed?
Answer: Indoor cats are allowed with a $500.00 pet deposit as well as fish, hamsters and other small animals. Sorry, dogs are not allowed.
Question: What are the hours of operation for the office?
Answer: Office hours are 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm Monday thru Friday and weekends 10am to 4pm.

Answer: The emergency contact number is (310)994-1852. We have full time on-site maintenance personnel.
Question: What is the procedure for trash disposal?
Answer: Trash bins are located in the parking structure.
